Meet Emily Sershon
Emily is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) with over a decade of experience in sustainable building operations including commercial building engineering, controls integration, LEED certification application and legislative compliance for buildings. Emily has been helping building owners navigate the Standard for two years and understands the complexities and nuances of the law, as well as the implementation challenges presented to building owners, managers, operators, and tenants. Emily started Sershon Systems to help these groups leverage the requirements of the law to save money, build healthier spaces, and gain agency over their energy management.
